Open Parcel Delivery

Customers who wish to avail Open Parcel Delivery must contact our Customer Service team before placing or receiving their order.

For security purposes, an advance amount may be required before the parcel is opened. This amount will be confirmed by our Customer Service team and will be adjusted/refunded according to the outcome of the order.

The customer may inspect the product upon delivery. If the customer decides to return the order immediately after inspection, the advance amount will be reimbursed once the returned product has been inspected and verified by our team.

If the product is accepted by the customer, the advance amount will be adjusted against the order total.

Open Parcel Delivery is subject to availability and may not be available for every order or location.
